Chief Executive Officer
Randy Anderson established himself as an executive administrator in the non-profit sector.  He served in the late 1980’s and into the mid 1990’s as the Executive Director of the Chiefs of Police National Drug Task Force and the National Coalition for Drug-Free School Zones.  Mr. Anderson also worked for two organizations launched by the White House Office of Private Sector Initiatives during the Reagan Administration, the Young Astronaut Council and Citizens Against Government Waste.  Randy has provided strategic planning, business development and government liaison services for several organizations and corporations.  
 
In 2002 Mr. Anderson managed the Anthrax Response Team for postal facilities in our Nation’s Capital and Trenton, New Jersey for Logistics Health, Inc. under a contract with the Centers for Disease Control. This was following the anthrax postal scare shortly after 9-11.
 
After his government service in 2002, Mr. Anderson founded World MedCorps to place international health care professionals in U.S. hospitals. This was in response to a nationwide nursing shortage that was affecting the quality of health care and hampering emergency response capabilities.  More recently, Randy expanded the business to include job placement services for all corporate workforce needs specializing in seasonal labor and health care.
 
 
President
Jay Gawande has nearly twenty years of experience in international job placement services.  He has built long-standing reliable labor networks in Nepal and India that are fully operational today.  Jay was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nurse Employment and Immigration, Inc. and became the Executive Vice President of World MedCorps in 2004.
 
Mr. Gawande played a major role in bringing several consultants on the H1 B Visa through the software company Click Technologies, Inc.  Click Technologies' selection process included advertising and traveling to various South Asian countries including India, Nepal and Bangladesh where Jay interviewed candidates and filed their petitions. 
 
Earlier in his career, Jay founded New Market Velocity India Pvt Ltd, a staffing Company with a
license from the United States Department of Labor to recruit foreign workers primarily dealing with hiring health care providers to work in the USA.  He established centers in India and Nepal to train these medical professionals to help them pass the licensure exams, language certification as well as all other requirements to work in America.

Sam Han is the President and founder of Universal Enterprises, an import-export and international consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California. Sam manages World MedCorps' West Coast Office and sources health care professionals from abroad. Mr. Han has numerous contacts around the globe as well as business associates in South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, and other countries. His background of over thirty-five years in international trade and consulting provide WORLD JOB CORPS with an indispensable asset.
 
 
 
 
Chief Operating Officer
Elizabeth Coughlin has extensive experience in executive management and operational execution.  Ms. Coughlin has served as the Chief Operating Officer for World MedCorps and Marketing Enterprises, the Executive Assistant to the CEO of the National Coalition to Bridge the Digital Divide and the Senior Vice President of Operations for Comtel Communications.

Christopher J. Anderson provided support services for the Anthrax Response Team for postal facilities in Washington, DC and Trenton, New Jersey following the anthrax scare shortly after 9-11.  He has worked in multiple positions of responsibility for non-profit organizations, such as the Children's Emergency Fund, and corporations that include Community Health Services, World MedCorps and Snow Movers, Inc.  For two years, Chris served a church mission in Argentina where he learned to speak Spanish, connect with people on a personal level and developed a passion for a service-oriented career path.
